No it doesn't, as a feminized seed only garantee's the plant to be a female and not a male.
But if you bought your seeds from a cheap website that isn't well known, they could have just sent you any old seed and you'd know no different (without having the knowledge) until close to harvest.
However a lot of experienced growers will tell you that hermie plants is strictly in the genes of the strain, even swearing that they've never had a seed go hermie with stress factors involved.
But the other half of people will say stress will knock any plant to herm.
So the debate continues
