As for all the LEGAL BEAGLES ........nothing new about a case just going away...happens all the time. Most times just to save people head aches and job losses.
Our Health Minister will say whats what... No judgement will be made...

If the case disappears, the MMAR is still gone.
Imagine the MMAR is like a Futureshop Gift Card. It still has value, you can use it at Best Buy for legal reasons and you'll happily be able to use that Futureshop gift card as long as it lasts. BUT, no one else can get a Futureshop gift card - they're all gone and they're never coming back. From this point onwards, everyone has to get a Best Buy gift card (MMPR).

Who said they would? They'll just force them to buy from the MMPR, or at best, buy an expensive 'home grow' permit for hundreds of thousands of dollars for the 'right' to grow 5 plants inside a 'bloom box' so they can serve their rent keeping monopoly of corruption.no ..you're missing the point..they cant make sick people disappear
