Where they fucked up was when they trashed their customer base; the American middle class. They teach protecting your customer base to junior business students in college, so it makes you wonder how modern corporations could make such a mistake.

It isn't a mistake. It's a power grab. Impoverish the People and you control them. There's no easier way to do it than through the tax code, otherwise how to explain why a working wage is taxed at the highest rates in the land, and where capital itself is taxed at a fraction of that rate? ...before subsidies, of course.

Am I Paranoid? Funny how well it fits the facts, isn't it? Where better to hide the conspiracy than on the front page of the newspaper/TV network/web page?
