Here is a decent pic I got with my phone today. Let me know what you guys think about harvesting these babies the first of December by how these trichs look.

Final Phase

Not seeing anything that looks milky or cloudy - not the best pic - From what I can see they look like they have another 10 days - my best guess...

Looking very clear to me so far, give it a little more time to let it open up its harvest window.
I was just fighting with the same issue, finally went fine and chopped up already.

Man I vegged these bad boys for 10 weeks and it's already been 10 weeks from 12/12... Sigh... I'll wait it'll be worth it I know :)

They turned cloudy and then almost 60% white pretty suddenly actually, didn't see any amber apart from the pistils, they were ~60-65% amber when chopped. What little I've managed to test the bud - it's a successful chop, no doubt about it, despite me not having known the exact strain to begin with :) (It's the one in my journal I now talk about, soon new post with pics from harvest-fest lol)

EDIT: Actually, come to think of it, the pistils were "more amber than white" at least when compared to trichome development. When they got cloudy and white, there were not many amber-coloured pistils to stand up against the white ones, but that change there happened in four days or so, close to where week 9 ended.

That looks like you took a picture of the sugar leaf, you want to use the actual bud and not the sugar leaf, the leaf will have more amber trics than the bud.

I've looked at the bud and it has 0 amber trichs. Guess it's just a waiting game now... But I won't complain I like seeing the buds keep getting fatter and juicer :)

That's the spirit. I didn't have the chance to give my little bugger (one big plant, topped into four main big colas, created 8 after all, lol) one more week as I'd have wanted to. I happened to get a paper in the mail saying the Maintenance company of this building where my apartment is, will be inspected for the renovation project on monday Dec 1st (!!!!). So, I had little choice but to do it. I had already cut away all nutes, and before that lowered the amount of feeding, plus one thing you could try. Increase the dark hours, first 15min, then in 3 days 15min, etc. til it's done. I did that, got it to get one more hour for the last 1½ weeks give or take. Made the pistils turn amber I think, most of them, and the trichomes turn white faster. But that's just a guess to be honest.

Oh yeah, ripening is the best part they just explode with beauty! Congrats man this is really a great time for a cannabis farmer, hope your harvest is a hefty one!

I have studied about that. I might give that a try I'm thinking if they don't start doing amber by next week I will test that theory. (Of course I'll probably think it works bc my plants are actually coming to an end. I wanted to chop them as one plant! But idk if that's going to be happening since all the bud looks at different stages of life... And yodawed! I'll keep everyone updated on the yield. It should be a good one enough to last me and my fan awhile!

I chopped some of them and left most. They are starting to turn a little amber now. Okay so I plan on chopping everything the 24th that makes it 91 days into flowering. What do you guys think what would some of you guys do if you were in my situation I am leaving for Christmas while these dry for the holidays so I plan on chopping everything and letting them dry before I go

Is the bud dense hard when squeezed if so your prob ready if not let it keep going... also when you count flowering weeks bets bet is to wait until you start seeing hairs alot and then start counting weeks

They were pre flowers when I flipped and started counting a week later I started seeing white hairs. Also there are some buds that are dense very dense but the trichomes are still not amber. I also have some on the same plant that are smaller but starting to get denser
