looks good, though stretchy. I'd recommend more light asap if you want the weight to be worth the wait. How far away are the lights from the plant? If you're not familiar with "the inverse square law for light" then basically, if the light is moved 50% of the distance from the plant, The plant is only getting 25% of the light it was getting before. What "array" of wattages are you using? with CFLs you want the highest wattage you can find.
What nutrients did you use when you fed and how much did you use and in how many gallons of water? what kind of soil? It's definitely better to err on the side of caution, in soil (not hydro) no nutes are better than too many, IMO.
I would say you're looking at 8 weeks from today. I know info you look up on blue dream might say it flowers in 8 weeks, which makes it seem like you only have 6 left but I've seen and heard that for a lot of strains, the flowering time stopwatch actually starts at about the time plants start to LOOK like they're in flower, which is about now for you. Also keep in mind that under CFLs most people report a slightly longer flowering time than under HID or LED. So you could have 8-9 weeks left.
the leaves look perfectly fine and happy to me though. I'm guessing you're working on a pretty narrow budget, So I've got two recommendations-
If you're playing the paycheck-to-paycheck game I'd say to buy one or two CFLs a week, make sure they're 26 watts or more. spending 5 bucks on a 26 watt CFL is better than spending 8 bucks on two 15 watt CFLs because you'll get better penetration. If you really don't have enough money to spend 5-10$ a week on CFLs, you should probably quit your job and get one where you can make tips or something. here's the ideal bulb for that

If you have a little room where you could splurge on something (you're using a computer or cell phone to read this, why haven't you pawned it yet?) then for less than $100 you could go on craigslist and buy a high pressure sodium fixture, or grab a 125 watt CFL with a reflector here:

or actually, you can get a 150 watt hps system here, which will be better than the above link (as long as your temps don't get too high)-http://growershouse.com/media/catalog/product/cache/1/small_image/200x/9df78eab33525d08d6e5fb8d27136e95/s/b/sbmm150s_1.jpg
If you can spend barely more than 100, either this-

or here's a 400watt, you'll love the results if you can take the heat

Edit: by the way, I'm sorry I accidentally listed a bunch of jpgs instead of product websites, but if you can't find those products, then you should probably kill yourself.
