Nutes for Flower

My plants have been in flower for three weeks. I've feed them super thrive and grow big and they are hairy as can be, but I read that neither of those nutes were good for flowering. I do a gallon mixed per week, with regular tap water in between feedings, in FoxFarms Ocean floor dirt. What Nutes does everyone recommend?

If i was u i wouldn't be feeding super thrive, super thrive retards flowering, for what i have read, i actually have never use st in flowering but i don't remember exactly but there is something in the ST thats not good during flower, IMO u should only use it in vegetation. good luck!!
