Avoiding paraphenalia charges (Help)

Ok, so this post is asking for advice from any experienced person that could help. I'm really nervous about getting caught with my pipe on me. I know if I have any weed on me I can just go ahead and eat it and I cannot be charged, but, and this is just going to be talk about a while bunch of hypotheticals, what would you suggest I do if I get caught with small paraphenalia like a pipe? Should I throw it as far as I can into the woods? What should I do?

Smoke at home only, in a way that will not let smell out. That's the best advice I could give you. Carrying a pipe is a risk that you assume if you choose to do it.

Well I need to conserve my bud, I wouldn't prefer using joints. Although, I just had a golden idea, tell me if you think this would work. I could carve out my own personal wooden pipe, and, if I was confronted by police I could eat it

Haha . I'll make a tiny wooden one hitter only two inches in length and about a little less than a cm thick, I'd able to chew that up and swallow it as if it were a corn chip or something
