Avoiding paraphenalia charges (Help)

Well i'm not one to face problems head on, I more wait until they come hit me. In other words, I know she'll find out, but i'd rather keep that from happening for as long as possible haha

ok this is the grey area for alot of us........weed is decriminalized but the pipe /bong /paper it self can still land me in jail for 90 days and 1000 fine
if a cop wants to be a ass u are going down on this charge as it can be anything in the use of the drug (bags/jars/smoking tools/poking tools) if u have weed and a pack of papers that can get u in jail for the papers even tho they can be used in rolling cigs with

ok throwing it ........50 yards or more u must throw it in my area otherwise it can still be counted as yours (anything they find with that 50 yards becomes yours so keep that in mind if in a city)

other choices are to carry glass pipe only (smash it before the cop is close no longer a usable item and they are not going to spend the time/money to rebuild it to prove it is ) .....other trick is if u smoke cigs to reroll some of them (u roll out the tobacco for about half a inch and replace that with weed using a pencil eraser to pack it in stiffen it up ) it will get about 4/5 hits then turn into a cig coated in resin u can smoke get your fix while out by the time anyone comes near u it is a cig u show them a store brand cig with filter and all (let them crack it open if u want see it tobacco then excuse self go on with your day ) only carry a few cigs like that it will make the pack smell so if u smoked them all it is clean let them look if not then say do u have warrant no good day

other then that u have the jonny apple seed move ........just use a apple bowl (carry a apple make the bowl use the bowl break the bowl up and throw to the wind when done) planting apple seeds

the last thing is if u can get it in your shoe and walk look normal then might get away with it .........legally they can not have u remove your shoes in public as u might step on glass or anything like that while under there control.........so they wait and do it at intake .....u can pass it off into the car but 80% of the cops after they get u out look in the back seat for something like this .....so that is only 20% get away and some other poor sap gets the charge

the final trick is only to be played sparingly .......your under arrest and going to jail .....u need to get under the cops skin so bad he beats u while u are in hand cuffs ....i do not mean a light beating i mean almost needing hospital if not needing it .......depending on how bad u take it they might leave u on the side and call 911 from a cell or something for u .....take u to jail for 4872 hours hold u then release u with no charges .......this takes skill u need to pick out what personal issue they have and twist a knife deep into it plus able to take the beating

All of this is very interesting. I apologize for not being able to get back very quickly. I wasn't able to sign in until now. I think what I'll do is just roll a j and if the cops happen to show up I could easily chew it up and swallow it

telling u now if they see u doing that they are legally allowed to do a choke hold to knock u out to get it back/ force u to spit it out

if u are going to do a J then do the old fu man chew one of your fingernails .....it needs to be sharp ....run down the J with the nail and dump the weed out grind in with feet .....they will move u and have no idea where u were standing when they first come in ....as for the paper ball it up drop or in the pocket like trash

and when u travel out ......u want a book bag with a lock

because it is locked they can not go into it with out a warrant or u being under arrest and actually carrying on the person at the time of arrest

Just watch a few episodes of Cops and you'll find out what not to do.....I saw an episode several years back and this Boston cop stuck half his arm down this kids throat to retrieve a dime bag he saw him swallow......learn how to make edibles !
