I haven't "counted in years and years!

I harvest as each plant is done.....usually all at fucking once, LOL!

I have NEVER, EVER had a strain do exactly (or even near) the breeders count!
They ALWAYS finish later....1-3 weeks

This is a big debate, because imo plants dont magically start flowering the next day when u switch schedule, when u switch they need to do the transition from veg hormones to flower hormones, they need to build up flowering hormones to start flowering, usually like 7 days then the stretch, if i see preflowers before switching the light schedule then i count since switch, but if i force flower switching schedule then i count when i see preflowers, that way im always really close at what breeders say. But i guess everybody have their own personal growing style!! Remember this is not rule of thumb or anything im talking out of my growing preference opinion and experience. And i respect when anyone wants to start counting flowering stage.

I've noticed when I start counting at first site of pistils that's when they fall into the breeders flowering window , if I do it from flip it's usually a lil longer then the breeders claim .
thats what's been happing to me as well. I've been doing it from the switch but some are not ready after the "said" time. Will let you know on the 47 days for my Hindu as it will go in in about 3 weeks.

I start counting when pistils appear. When do outdoor growers start counting - considering they aren't manually changing the light schedule it is when the pistils appear.
