Stunted growth?

Is it weird that my 19 day old plants are only about 3 inches tall? I've had some overwatering and drainage before problems before, but now have been fixed. I also had to transplant them twice due to poor drainage in previous containers. Could my plants have been too shocked from multiple transplants? because I've search up on google how 19 day old plants should look like and mine is no where there that.

Also, I just started 18/6 light cycle from 24/4 about 2 days ago.

They look okay to me. Vertical growth is somewhat limited until roots start developing well. Use a root stimulator to help speed it up.

well first of all what light are u useing my 19 day old seedling under 2 600 w hps will look nothing like your 19 day old seedling under a bunch of cfl's soil coco or a system ? nutes temps

19 days old, overwatering, poor drainage, repotted a couple times. All that considered they look pretty good. Containers look a little small, but id leave em be for awhile

well they look fine for that just keep doing what u are doing they look great add some more light and maybe knock the watering back a tad

relax that plant is perfectly healthy, could it be bigger, but is healthy. Just keep the lights at 2-3 inches, i see they are small because your watering issues and transplanting too much. GL
