Under-watering or over-watering?

So i gave this little lady 600ml+nutes on friday, and looks like some of her fan leaves are drooping,

however her sister, the same strain, fed the same amount of water at the same time; looks completely fine:

can anyone give me some advice? am i just being ocd? am i loving them to death or is there something wrong with her? posted under newbie for a reason, thanks in advance for everyones advice and help!

so you think its over watering? should i continue with their regular schedule or wait for her to come back to normal?

Some of your leaves look discolored in the pics. Also look to have a bit of necrosis. Post some pics without the led on so we can see the color of the leaves. Its important state as much info you can. like what medium your growing in. what nutes your using and at what strength. what are temps in your room that kinda shit.

It doesn't really matter the quantity of water you give your plants. What matters is how often you do it. You have to let the soil dry to avoid over watering. Ill try to explain what I mean. Say you had two sponges and 10 gallons of water 5 gallons for each. n one sponge you pour the whole 5 gallons at once. A sponge can only hold so much water doesn't matter how much you pour on it.if left alone it'll dry in a couple days. Take the other sponge and the other 5 gallons of water but this time you only pour 1 gallon on it once a day. Even though you used the same sponge. same volume of water its gonna take the second sponge much much longer to dry out. That's overwatering. Consider your soil the sponge. Or you can go out to a Nursery and get an inexpensive tool that can solve your over/under watering problem, it's called a moisture meter, takes out all of the guesswork, stick your finger in the soil, lift the pot...etc.

I can't tell you how many times I stuck my finger in the soil 2" down and it was dry as a bone but once I stuck my meter in that same soil and it read normal or wet, saved my ass from overwatering. Used CFLs for a bit and watered every 3-4 days now I'm under HPS and top 2" inches is dry as a bone after 1 day but wet 5" down with the probe, I water every 2 days. One of my plants is a light feeder so I give her 1/4 gallon of water @ 3 days, my other 3 plants gets 1/2 gallon @ 2 days, I'm using grow bags from walmart in soil.

turned out to be under watered, i get the theory and logic behind it, its just this is my first grow and theyve only been vegging for 3-4 weeks now so im still pretty new to this, but i am catching on! Theyre in organic soil w/ no synthetic fertilizers, and i use kyle kushman's veganic line of nutes. i was just hoping the watering would be a simple schedule ex. 600ml every 3 days or whatever, guess ill have to constantly adjust or get one of those moisture meters!

Most house plants are killed by overwatering. Pot included. Very few die of dehydration.

Bought one of those moisture meters, better safe than sorry and at only $10 its a no brainer!

Water them to saturation/runoff...then don't water again till they're dry and light. Don't trust cheap moisture meters, trust how light the pots are...
It's the easiest thing you can learn...water to runoff...repeat when dry and light. If you start to see wilt on the bottom, you waited a hair too long. Simple as shit.

well its hard to just water till it runs off when you have to premeasure the nutrients, the veganics have like a set amount per gallon/liter per feeding, and i have no idea yet how much to use each watering, ive tried 1 liter once a week, 600ml twice a week, adjusting to how light the pot gets at the same time however

heres an update after a little watering, coming back to life! i also "topped" them both, plan on going 12/12 next week or maybe 2

You really don't need runoff when you give them nutes. You need runoff during regular watering in between! Some of the nutes need to be flushed through between feedings so you don't get a buildup. This will lead to lower ph in your soil, making it more acidic.
