I can't find it but here is another story from my state I found on rollitup.
COLUMBUS, Ind. -- Police say an intercepted order of marijuana seeds prompted investigators to arrest a Columbus doctor and his wife on drug possession charges, RTV6 reported Friday.
Investigators found more than 30 marijuana plants in the home of Dr. Arnaldo Trabucco and Pamela Trabucco, police said.
Authorities searched the home after customs agents in Chicago intercepted a package of marijuana seeds from England. Police said they believe the Trabuccos had ordered the seeds on the Internet.
The case will be examined by the Bartholomew County prosecutor's office, RTV6 reported.

Again... There was more to it, in order to secure a search warrant they need more bottom line... That's why you don't order to your grow.. Or the guy let them in idk the true details but I know the law. btw Indiana state police are douche bags I once drove by over twenty pulling people over down the highway in about fifteen minutes all the while they know the truth there, you can't even get ahold of the court house!!!! Literally there was a news investigating and one percent of phone calls to the courthouse get answered... It's a fucking racket fuck Indiana

Did a quick google search and it's definitely not easy to find ANY instance of someone getting busted for seed.. The only thing I found was off this very site of a guy from 2008 that said police came knocking he said bring a warrant, their claim was ok we will but we caught you because you had this seed mailed to your house and showed him one.. Oddly enough, this was also in Indiana.. My guess is the police in Indiana are using this game where if they don't have a warrant or good enough reason for one they do a knock and talk and blame your seed ordering on their presence then stupid people let them in..

Funny because the only one I had also found in Indiana was eight years ago.. Looks like my theory might be correct or they explored the idea of chasing down seed orders and decided against it in the end for whatever reason
