Exactly, that's what I do for long term storage, Boveda specifically made the 62's for long term cannabis storage. But you don't want to put those in the jars until you've cured for at least a months time, or if you need to rehydrate because you overdryed.

I cure in jars or plastic tubs and dry in a room or a grow tent (depends on the amount). When I want to change the humidity I expose more surface area - spread the weed over a sheet of cardboard.

I really like my curing method and don't plan on changing it any time soon :-)

I cure at 60-65 RH but for long term storage you want the bud much dried to avoid mold and over-curing. 30-50 seems like the norm.

ok jwatch here we go first calm down this is not rocket science nor is it reverse engineering of a ufo its weed, a plant, fuck its even food broccoli carrots cabbage etc. lol first off never i mean never jar weed with rubber like stems i dont give a fuck if the outside of the colas feel dryer than camel pussy. plants are mostly water just like people and everything else that lives on this planet which does not exclude the planet itself which is mostly water and all carbon based life. did u know spinach leaves are damn near 100 percent water thats why when u cook a potful u only get like 3 servings i guess more or less if u love to consume greens . remember water is the life and all life comes from water u know babies in the womb type shit. when you bend the stems on your hanging bud they should snap and not break in half but snap still, if u feel your buds and they feel really dry on the outside but the stems are still rubber like that means the inside of what u thought was too dry colas are river wet bro trust been there done that. a pheno can give off several different results depending on the way u grow the techniques used during the opt and how well you maintained the life of your plant. it took my paranoid ass about five tries before i actually heard what jorge cervantes was saying in his grow bible about the stems snapping but not breaking in half. I you put those bendy stems in that jar you will get hay everytime i dont care if u use bovidas hygrometers whatever hay hay hay hay hay. i have wasted years of my time and effort along with trashing pounds and pounds of what could have been premium dope. i had some strains that carried so much moisture that i literally had them upside down damn near two weeks to achieve optimum results the key is slow dry and good air circulation that leads to a good cure. try leaving the sugarleaves on while drying this allows the bacteria time enough to do their sacred dance of stink spread out your crop a good distance when hanging and get a fan going in there but point it away from the buds this air circulation prevents mold and ensures that u dont dry too fast thats a no no too . low and slow bro feel your bud then bend a stem if it bends at a 90 degree angle and does not snap then keep drying until it does . once dry trim your sugar leaves off this sucks cause their al turned up and shit but thats life deal with it lol. fill your glass mason jars about a 2/3 full no matter the size of the jar about 2/3 full or less. cap the jars open every four hours in a room that has a fan going for air circulation again dont point the fan towards the jars. also you dont have to pour all your shit out of the jars battering the trichs that shit should be illegal . leave the jars open for about 15 to twenty minutes then cap do this every four hours everyday for the first couple of weeks. Do this shit as if the balance of the universe was at stake. if these times dont work for you do every 8 hours but up the time that u leave the tops off your jars while burping or adjust as needed but u really need those babies burped at least 3 time a day. do not i repeat do not forget to pop the those tops within a 24 hour span that was grow number three for me that i totally molded out a qp of pre 98 bubba i wanted to fuckin die cause the spores came on strong and looked like big white tits all over my kush . after burping on a decent schedule for two weeks blaze and see what u think if it doesnt please u slowly reduce the number of times u burp vs the time the jars closed for another week and u guessed it blaze again c what u think and continue the reduction process until u achieve your goal good luck. i try to keep things simple cause its really not that complicated yet drying and curing is an art and should be taken very seriously . hope this helps good luck and keep growing 4twenty4ever. peace

There so much info on drying and curing already at your grasp , read alot and absorb Daniel son. Just know you fucked up when you lose that smell and replaced with hay / grass aromas. Its all about drying as I think was stated already , you don't want snap of the stem but right before that.

Yes, I think you can order seed online (Which might be risky in Phili) or if you have a plant you can use colloidal silver to make it produce seeds.

Colloidal silver will disturb the female flowers from popping and will allow a few male one to grow with them. You can use that to create feminized seed by pollinating another plant and you can create S1 seeds by pollinating a different plant of the same cut.
I would not pollinate a plant with its own as CS weaken the plant and your seed yield would be very low.

S1 seeds are much less viable than F1 feminized seeds and making seeds with S1 later is real shit.

Silver Thiosulfate is regarded as much better than colloidal silver but required much harder to get materials to make.
