Ok so here's some things that make me think they are and then that make me think they aren't....ok so
What makes me think they're not spider mites.
-no webbing
-the group of yellow dots in the pic don't seem to have moved
-no array of yellow, white, or brown spots leaf spots
-the node that the yellow dots were on had a 1/10th of an inch incersion maybe a little larger that was brown but looked like it was healing.
-the leaves that are deformed seemed to have actually attached themselves where the deformations are. And no they were not webs it was plant material.
-temps just rose about a week ago, aren't past 70 (furnace just got put in finally and its been below freezing outside at night and grow room was at 40-55, which yes cold didn't seem to hurt the plants just slowed them down.
-its only on the top two nodes of one plant
-I'm the only person that goes in the grow room but I will admit my cat and dog have seemed to adventure in but I never let them all the way in I always catch em.
-I have pretty good air flow.
Now a little more info. I just recently about 3 days ago got a new humidifier in there before that rh% was approx 30% (I know...I know...you don't have to tell me but I'm down on my luck broke and have had a ballast, hood, ph meter, ecm, electronic magnifier, and humidifier go on me in the past 3 weeks...along with spending 200 dollars a week on propane because my furnace wasn't hooked up it killed me should be buying new equip after Christmas.
(Not from stupidity from manufacturers faulty bullshit)
Been feeding fox farm grow big at half a tsp per gallon every other. Flipped 2 nights ago(today I'd 3rd) and gave 1/4tsp grow big 1/4 tsp tiger bloom.
I'm using store bought spring water and I have no ph meter atm...(this week) but I would assume the spring water is probably between 6.5-7...
Why I think they might be mites.
-leaves have deformities and a couple are cupped.
-the yellow dots in picture above that was on stem and in a piece of outgrowing compacted cola.
-I've seen faint single line spiderwebs going from one plant to another (yet it was never a web just some spiderman shit like plant to plant and when I saw it I just took it down checked plants for mited and saw nothing (figured it was just a regular spider web because I had seen them in the grow room before)
Now I've dealt with alot of problems but not the almighty mite everyone hates. I do assume it's probably not a Borg since I have no contact regularly with any othergrowers. But I just flipped my lights and now this shit happened so pleasssse my cannabuddys, help me out I'm all ears and ready to listen. Need this eradicated like...
