Here is a simple start to your plants ( EVERYBODY has got their own version ) but proof is in the grow.

Depending on your SOURCE choice of medium ( soil ) it will vary on results. There are some very good soils besides FFOF - you can try PROMIX or SUNSHINE #4 and others.
So use a mix that provides MOST of the nutrients already inside ( guano , castings , etc. ) . I usually add around 20% more perlite or vermiculite. I usually prep the containers a couple days prior ( dampened ) before adding seedling plug or seed alone. Some people cry about not planting into final size container from start but it works for me. I follow this EASY feed schedule ( no matter ) which nute line i have on hand. I allow the plant find its own way WITHOUT nutes til around week 4/5. This way i cut down on nute shock , or over feeding or burns and other crap.

1 week(seedling) – Ph adjusted water

2 week(start of vegetative) – Ph adjusted water

3 week(vegetative) – Ph adjusted water

4 week(pre-flowering) – 1/2 veg nutes

5 week(first flowers) – 1/4 bloom nutes

I got these plants from clones and was told that the strain is a heavy feeder. But what you put for your week 5 schedule is what I'm fading picture of my only did one quarter teaspoon of Open Sesame and I also used 1 tablespoon grow big. But what you said is basically what the schedule says to feed. But I did flush last night maybe I was just getting build up. My first 4 weeks I was feeding feeding With no water in between. Now started the feedwater feedwater schedule
<---then what does this last part mean?
