I got the 8mg strips not the patches, so far the plan is to start with half a strip n see if that's enough then do 3 days at 4mg. 3 days at 2mg, then 3 at 1mg then try to only take ,5mg every other day for a couple times then...
Taper fast with such suboxone. I got friends hooked on them. The withdrawal lasts for weeks with them because of the long half life.

Yea my plan is a quick taper, I took 12mg yesterday so a little more than I wanted to but only took 4mg this morning so I'll stick with 4 for a couple days n see how I feel then drop to a quarter strip, would like to get to less than a mg before stoping altogether, been try to find out if across tolerance kinda thing could happen where even if I only take the subs for 2weeks max I'll have to deal with sub wd

Good deal. That's the best way.

I woke up one day and realized the drs had me on a lot of opiates. I never bought off the street. It just drs know that opiates will keep you coming back.

I went cold turkey and never looked back.

You can do it if your mind is up to it.

Pm me anytime if you need to talk.

Well you did post on RIU . . . but seriously, stay strong Bub!

I had aural hallucinations for quite a long period of time but they went away years ago. They were caused by a combination of factors in my life (but no psychedelics except for cannabis).

"Its not that they dont want you on drugs, they want you on their drugs" the doctors are nuts these days.
Mine to had me on multiple pain medications and anxiety and anti depressants. Although i never took the Prozac type anti depressant shit. This went on for years until i forgot what i needed the meds for to begin with. New pain surfaces and it gets worse over time. The mind being addicting is litersllyw going to trick the body into hurting. Of course the pain is real but if we choose to perceive it differently it can havr less control oberw us.

Also life choices that can help. Exercise. Every day. Yoga. Stretching. And meditation.

Smoking cigarettes is also known to hinder healing especially in spine or back pain.

Also grounding oneseld to the earth electrical energies is AMAZING for inflammation and related problems.
"The grounded" good movie. I highly recommend.

Eating lsd all alone in a dark room with nothing but your self is also great therapy.
