Perhaps we have a decision coming and Phelan wants to have everything available in both official languages???

If it is a BC Supreme Court decision, why does it need to be released in French? I know it would apply nationally, but is it up to BC to pay for the translation? Not that it matters, just curious.

Gotcha. The whole f*cking court thing confuses me. I'd like to know how many hours Phalen has billed for reaching whatever decision he is going to impose. It's promising to hear something happening, maybe like someone else said, it's a precursor to the real news.

it's Federal Court...there's no such thing as a provincial Federal court.
it's not only BC. it just happens to be being adjudicated in BC. Phelan is a Federal judge..not Provincial
