I have ordered a number of times from SHN and have never had an issue, but I'm also in the US. They state they have 100% satisfaction guarantee, so I would definently contact them. ForRealz's advice about keeping customs notice is also prudent. Here's some info to help...

No customs in the states but there is a federal agency that overwatches that shit, I got two letters the same day and they made me sign for the damn letter!

So you can call BS all you want on the in states thing but I would at least be aware of the FACT that shit does happen. People are watching our mail whether you wanna believe it or not.

Also it has only happened to me twice in my life and it was on the same day so I think the chances are slim as fuck.

That sucks...things i learned when i was living in LA, ive met a few people who works for the govmerment, and im not talking about major crimes, as long as you pay ur taxes and nobody complains about you, they def monitor you but have much better big fish to worry. Believe it or not they even monitor your water and electricity consumtion, i got questioned once why my water bill was much higher than my average. And dont litter thats a 500USD fine and a community service.
