Yes its generating electricity...like 1volt....extrapolating that to 1kv is the problem man...at those high generation rates it takes more energy to turn the coil then it produces...jesus man..lol.This is basic fucking physics,look it up.We might figure it out someday but I gaurantee you its not this asshole in his basement on youtube.And it wont be using magnetic coils they are too inefficient,I think teslas work proved that.

My cousin applies this tech. He built 2 massive modulators and has a bunch of deep cell baterry. Charging by solar panels. Only problem is if 1 battery goes down it can be a problem.
It doesn't creating energy. It modulates it. His wires don't pull amps down the circuit.

OP. What you are looking for is efficiency. Such as. Building a generator where it takes less energy to generate energy. It's not possible without harnessing outside energy. Examples.
Solar energy. You harness the Suns energy and translate it into power we can use.
Wind mills dams. Moving water and wind is free. It turns a generator. The output is power.
You are talking about a perpetual machine. Without harnessing outside energies that can be converted.
So basically you need some kind of energy. Sun, window, sunshine/light/, moving water. Or something like an engine that uses fuel to "aid" in making energy.
Now here is an idea. If you can figure out how to attract and harness all the free electrons in space all around us. You might be onto something. I mean, I believe it was Tesla who put a lot of thought in this idea. And theoretically it is possible. Heck, it's probably been done before. But it's not efficient to spend millions on a device that would generate say a couple of watts an hour of energy. Unless said technology in the device could be used to make powerful machines that were as efficient and could run on only a couple of watts of generates electricity an hour. And you could get costs down to affordable levels.
