I ordered from Attitude, they shipped it just like every other order. 30 beans for like $175. I was getting a coffee mug with my beans. It made it to Chicago, the package sat for a few weeks. It had the green paper on it that basically told me my package was seized by customs. It just happens randomly. I have used the tude like 20 times. Now I don't even use the guaranteed delivery, I send them cash, I still get my beans.

I don't know all the particulars. I know powers that be @ SHN have flipped their shit and whatever was posted on Facebook is not sanctioned or accepted. I do think that Rollitup should have contacted SHN directly and immediately before going medieval on them. Last I heard SHN was caught offguard by this and was in process of initiating contact with Rollitup to address issue.
I'm taking a stand in support of SHN. I may get burned by contact, but I have faith this situation will be resolved and guilty party will be eviscerated. Like I said, good business is not conducted like this and SHN would not perform seppuku in a public forum. No business would.
And for the record, I don't think DaveBean907 is employed by SHN. And since I don't know who actually posted on Facebook (Dave?), I can't address Rollitup's position on this. Like I said, those involved need to talk to each other and make nice.

you are right now knowing all the particulars, this user signs up with a business email related to SHN , spams our forum in attempt to sell seeds under their business name, we banned as soon as it happened.
they than message our rollitup facebook within minutes of being banned with harassment and death threats.
if they are an employee they should be fired, if not than shn needs to go on and make contact on the board showing it wasnt them.
pretty shitty to act like a rep and than speak to people like that via our facebook but i have never had someone sign up with a fake business email , and act like a company rep ever before.

So it was DaveBean that posted, ok. He's not an employee, but does from my understanding, "rep" them. He's toast. Like I said, SHN are pissed...not at RIU, but because they got dragged into this and now have to play catch-up to fix problem.
Insofar as my involvement, I'm only a customer of theirs. I support US based seed banks and SHN have always been a pleasant choice for me. I have no dog in this fight, but feel that if a business is done wrong, even by somebody associated with them, then they should have their "day in court", so to speak. There aren't a lot of US banks that offer the goods online, I hope that this situation, as vile as it seems to be, can be resolved.

rollitup isnt a business so to speak , were a forum, people are allow to speak the good and bad of all businesses, we dont shush opinions, if someone wants to not rep a company and have their speak as to why than they are allowed,
shitty a company is brought down/misused by someone saying they are apart of that company and going far enough to create fake email addresses associated with the company name.

When I refer to business, I'm refering to the fact that SHN advertises on RIU, and by association they receive orders based on traffic refered by RIU forum members. You guys have a relationship. One dumbass it seems is mucking up the whole thing. Sad. I hope this gets solved. And no....I don't work for SHN.
I think you are mistaken they are not on our paid advertiser list here,unless they joined up since december 17th 2015.
any traffic they get is purely word of mouth of users talking about their company

Well then, I stand corrected. I thought they advertised here. Shit...I feel like I stepped into something and don't know how to get out. Look, I have had good dealings with SHN. Somebody pissed you off and you're taking measures, got it. I was attempting to play peace keeper and failed. I'm gonna slowly back up and quietly lay low. FWIW: I've made dozens of purchases from SHN and have never had any issues of any kind (But I'm in the U.S.). I just wish they carried some of the old breeders I used to always run (DNA Genetics, Dinafem, Barney's. I haven't found a reliable domestic source for these yet. Anyone have suggestions??).
