I'm so impressed with the way you've handled the PM issue, I've experienced and battled it before in my chem fert days and know how much of a F-er it is, I used hydrogen peroxide all the way(same shit for cleaning my airstones), even during flower pmsl. I've been following a while in the background, but I'm totally new to forums and organics...........that black domina looks awesome despite the probs. It was my experience with PM which led me to organics, I'd been growing in coco with canna (chem)nutes for years with great success and despite what a lot of organics people say(ooops.....I am one of them tree huggers now pmsl), minimal effort(my tap water is Ph 7, when I added nutes it was the perfect ph for watering.....I did all the ph testing and shit for about a year before realizing I could just mix it all up and put it in a tank on a dripper no phing or anything, just keep an eye on things now and then).
I'd been growing very lazily this way for years until this problem, which was actually a blessing in disguise. No matter what I did the PM would come back, which led me to the internet and forums and AACT's and organics, my interest in 'actual growing' was reawakened and I'm loving it.
When you first suggested bringing the plants in with PM I wanted to scream NO at you, no matter how good the genetics. But I had no credibility or experience on forums so didn't know the etiquette. Now it is a while ago and I smoke too much of my own gear , but what I got from my research was that the fungus was systemic and what you can see on the leaf is only the flowering body.........and from my experience it was in the plant, even if the mother had no visible PM, it was still passing it on to every clone I took.
After introducing new genetics to try and combat it found they were getting infected as well (too many spores in the room?), I ended up scrapping all my plants, having a total clean out and burning a sulphur candle (not a good idea indoors, it stinks for weeks) to kill any spores. I'm not suggesting you need to do this by the way, it is extreme!!! and this may well have been overkill, but it has done the job.
Hope it turns out well for ya anyway bro, peace.........
