edibles are risky buisness believe it or not, by doing it at all you put your self at marginal legal risk because their is always a chance it can fall in the wrong hands. It has been a concern for a lot of folks on both sides of the fence. I can appreciate that it was a low dose edible. However it only takes 15 mg to get the average person medicated. So this guy certainly was feeling it. I would refrain from any text messages or email correspondence with him. Keep it to in person or over the phone. Again contact an attorney.

yes on all 3 u are golden ........nothing illegal about it u made a honest mistake ....the nice thing to do would be to offer to pay for the deductible for the medical visit so he is not out of pocket
if he takes u to court that is all he can get out of ....it was a honest mistake a accident no criminal intent
now if u are in a illegal area and not medical but rec ........lie u do not know what he is talking about it....u do not know shit (hire a lawyer ) the guy contacts u again about it trying to get u to agree on anything u tell him contact the lawyer (he is trying to trap u for court)

generic tuperware and brand name tuperware have different lid colors
my area it is red and blue
i use the red cover for my weed things (red stop and think) rem what it is
if it is something that is getting sold/traded to someone i can keep the info in my head but when it is going into the freezer i use some masking tape (close the top and wrap the whole thing 2/3 times around it going over the top ....this makes a seal to open u have to break it on the top write down what it is put it in the freezer rem to date it .....i like to take a second piece put it on the side and list a use by date 6 months from the time i freeze it )

As a 40 year smoker, I feel I have an extremely high tolerance. But even recently, some of my edibles still give me heart palpitations occasionally. And I don't have heart problems.
