Natural lighting time

I'm growing a couple of WRhino clones outdoors in a pot. I suspect they'll start showing here in the next 3-4 weeks, at around 13 hours of what's considered daytime. OK, let's say I see pistils @ 13hrs10mins.

Ok, so now we're indoors, same strain/different plants. Does anyone know if I will see pistils with my lighting set at 13:10 on/ 10:50 off, as outdoors? If so, would keeping my times as natural, and having the almost 2 extra hours of light-on time/grow-time the entire flower cycle tend to increase the harvest volume?

Why use the extra hour and 10 minutes of electricity? If your girls are to your height specs, flip it to 12 on 12 off. End of story

Not really worried about the added expense . . . more interested in possibilities afforded by quicker, larger harvest, and if this would result in that.
Just wondering if anyone knows if this is a solid theory and/or what they think.
Good point about the wasted electricity. I'd not considered that aspect.

Ok, as it happens, so I grab a few clones off the WRhino out back. Next evening, I check the clones and thought I saw a small caterpillar on top of one. On closer inspection, it's a pistil, then another, ok . . . I'd just scanned the outdoor twins for signs of pistils and there were none (I noticed) . . . so this morning I check better and, lo and behold, these outdoor-in-a-container plants are starting.
So now I know these will begin budding at around 13:40+ of actual daylight. (14:47 visible light)
My question . . . how can I use this data to increase my indoor proficiency?
