For synthetics I pHed to 6.7 because of the "swing" when watering.
You water and it drops about a point. Ca, Mg and P in soil are better available for uptake above 6.5
pHing to 6.7 prevents possible problems from the pH being to low for too long and getting defs.

Just a little insurance.

what about why my water pH keeps increasing the next day when I had it PhD before was it not mixed enough or do the air bubblers take out stuff and put it in the air?

If you wernt such a dumas newb youd know that I said 6-6.2 is what I like. But with a little knowledge youd know that you should actually stagger the ph water range with each watering as different ranges from 6-6-5 affect the uptake of different nutrients. By the way keep sucking cock :-)

From what I've read: Water has dissolved CO2 which creates carbonic acid. It will dissipate and the pH rise. Or, be introduced and the ph lower. It's nothing to worry about. (I don't pH anything. You might try that on one plant sometime and see if it matters. There are a few people who don't pH. It shouldn't be necessary in soil, especially if it's fortified with dolomite. I add 1 to 1.5 tbsp/gal. I use Fertilome Hy-Yield Ag. Lime. Sometimes it's hard to figure out what's dolomite, or has a useful consistency. You want fine sand to powder. Not pellets.).

You shouldn't have to aerate unless you're mixing long before using, or preparing an organic "tea." For typical fertilizer products, you mix and use within 24 hours. (I don't know what the limit is before you worry about unhealthy anerobic things growing. I usually mix the night before. I add a pinch of sugar to burn off the chloramine/chlorine sanitizer in the tap water. I wouldn't let the mix sit too long when "fed" like that, especially if the nutrients are organic'y.).

Phing in soil is only necessary if you want optimal conditions for your plant...after all isn't that what every grower thrives for? yes you can grow plant in conditions ranging from 6-7 as the medium will buffer out most of the stupidity but 6.5 is optimal for growth be it the veg or flowering

Lol @ jackass mofos that want to make ph a science in soil. All I said from jump is I like to shoot for 6-6.2 in fox farm soil. To further itterate I water watever the ph tester hits first when using a drop of ph down. As long as the range is 6-6.5. But thats retarded right? Hell I can grow like a boss by not checking shit and just using ro or distilled water and fuck the ph if I want. My girls will still reach for the stars and swell up! Its called know how son, I am no longer responding to someone who grows bunk. I will continue to farm some dank!
