Should I be worried?

Ok this is my first grow and I got this 6 ft plant outside and Im from the midwest and I see all these other people's plants flowring already and I dont really see anything yet all I see for signs of sex are pistles I think but there little there comming out wheres the main stem and the branches connect is that anything? and if anybody gots any pics of beggining of flowering I would appericate it

I did hear of it once in a story but i never got the concept lol I got one ? in there lol yea whitecave thats perfect thats how mines how much longer till the next stage
