Female Preflowers? Help sex my plant (pics)

Hello all,
This little bugger is finally getting preflowers. I just noticed this one today. It's my only non feminized plant and my highest yielder - the only 1 of 3 seeds for this strain I got that popped. So fingers have been crossed for female! I have seen many crossed stamens earlier on as it grew so that was an indication it's probably female. I suppose it is still young and maybe would be a bit easier to tell in a few days, but I want to see what people think who have a lot of experience Identifying sex via preflowers. This is my second grow technically, but the first was bag seed, very basic cfl set up, and turned out male so I don't count it lol.
To me it looks quite female by the shape but I don't see a white hair growing out of it (yet at least). Here are pics:

If anybody is interested, here is a pic of the whole plant. The strain is called misty. It is a cross between white widow, northern lights, and shiva.

It's still a bit too early to tell in my opinion, give it another week =p Some plants will take a long time to show in veg, depends on the seed a bit. Good luck brother.

It had some ph lockout issues prior to my recent purchase of a meter. Since getting a proper pH meas technique I noticed the plants looking better and better but some leaves are still off color. The one in the background of pic 3 is funky lookin...

I've just sexed 30 seeds. I got 11 females. Doesn't look like you have any balls as yet there but I'd get the plant healthy first. Sex shows on pre flowers and on 12:12 after a couple of weeks (which is what I did). I usually work from clones though.

I'm pritty sure males show their bit early and fems take two weeks or so on 12/12.

Don't take my word for it because I could be wrong

I cant c sex yet, but there is some black dots there

Also you can even see sex when plant still in veg if she reaches maturity, like always around week 6 of veg even on a 18/6 schedule, they actually just need to b mature to show sex. GL bruh

Yup he's right.i always sex in veg...usually before I pot up into their final pots...cuz im cheap like that.growing plants is just like life.its all about the sex.

Oh n another thing ive noticed is say if i pop a few of the same reg beans.the fastest growing with the longer spacing between the internodes tend to turn male for me...i do always wait for sex to show cuz it could be a right sassy fem.

True that, thats another big indicator before showing sex., males develop and mature first, grow taller, nature is smart if males would it be smaller and females taller it would it be harder for the pistils to get the pollen, because the pollen would it fall to the ground before pollinating any buds since buds would it be higher, but buds are lower and pollen is high up., natures knows best!!! But sativas polinate high up even females go tall as hell as u guys already know, this theory is mostly for indicas stains. Happy gardening stoners mofos!! Have a good day y'all

Lol. I AM in veg, maybe I should've made that more clear. They have not been switched to 12/12 yet. I had all plants show sex much earlier aside from this one (the only one I really truly need to sex cuz only non fem). But Finally, like 8 weeks from seed (I suppose there were issues in weeks 5 to 7 but still) Misty gets a preflower.
It is good to know that females mature later though... given it's taking this plant so long to do so. Now I know I have a better chance from that at least.

I know. I had pH lockout issues that are still visible to some degree now. I have since fixed the problem, and its pretty clear the plants are doing far better as time goes by with the issues that were there from lockout.

Oh no man.... I did some research on the black dot and it looks like it's the spot of death. The kracken is looking for my plant. It's entire being is now devoted to finding my Misty and killing it. I better get a jar of dirt.
Any suggestions on how to cure the black spot of death?
Does that mean it's female?

So it's been a good week and a half since this post and I still don't have a definitive answer from the plant to sex.
NO balls have formed. If those havn't formed yet, is it pretty damn likely to be female?

Also, the same shape of pre flower that I described originally has now popped up on multiple other branches. Definitely pointy like a female, but they all seem to reuse to grow out that little magical white hair that tells you for sure. The thing has one, POINTY, preflower on all nodes of the tops I am growing up. No balls, no white hair. Been this way for almost 2 weeks. Is it 99% chance of being female at this point? I will accept 99%
