Harvesting isn't rocket science or hard work, tedious, monotonous yes. BM pays so well because its illegal, so you are compensated for the risk. Trimmers are a dime a dozen, no need to pay them top dollar, they are unskilled labour. I think they should be payed by weight not hourly. Similar to berry pickers/farm workers. I think $20 per pound wet is fair. The more you trim the more you make.

I believe in paying people fairly...everywhere...imo. Some folks run their businesses like 18th century Great Britain. And it doesn't really get us where we should be.
Paying people better usually pays off if managed correctly.

Any of you just hear Chimera on hash church pushing LPs hard core? he was more or less saying compassion clubs are bad and they need to buy their herb from LPs, he then said some BS about BM growers and how bad they are, meanwhile he sells seeds, what a loser to BM, LP who ever wants them.
Now I know for sure why I got banned from the IC, it is because all them guys are working on both sides selling the lie. SMH........

I was reading the same stuff on other sites about them weeks ago.
Apparently chimera and even breeder Steve have been pushing lps.
They even posted pics from inside the tweed flower room.
They are bought n paid for. Tweed even has the dna logo all over their page.

They want legal so they don't go to jail, can take as much meds as they need, anytime or any place they wish.!! and ABOVE ALL Have the BEST MEDS they can use.
LP's cannot fill that void unfortunately.
