Should I buy A house with 1/2 acre or 160 acres?

No I started in the early 80's....retired 2010. The staff assault rate was 30% at Folsom, & you have a 1-in-3 chance of being assaulted every year & I made it 25 years.....barely...lol

Looks amazing double, Im leaning towards fuck a house I can build that later. That way I have 160 acres with a nice house to sell in 4 or 5 years

Grow a few green houses full of cannabis and take the money and build a shitload of houses or build a few apartment complexes. Or buy a bunch of house trailers and rent them out.

Hell a hundred units at $500 a month is a nice retirement.
