So far review of broken coast:
Placed my order Friday, didn't get boxed until Monday, not shipped until late Monday, won't get it until tomorrow.
Too long guys, how do I go about making a legitimate complaint? If they would have shipped on the day I placed my order or early Monday, I'd have my meds by now. I just don't want to hear some bs from them.

Thsts sucks for your delay...from what I've seen from them they always ship around the same time every business day 3:30-4.
So I'm guessing you placed your Oder later on Friday?. So they shipped it the next business day as they don't work weekends.
They are pretty good at shipping the same day if you place your order first thing.
I placed my order on Monday morning and it shipped same day... due to arrive tomorrow.
My advise would be to make any orders in the morning if possible if not the nite before if it's a weekday. Then you know it will ship the following afternoon.
