Can't tell if under or over water

Watered 5 days ago and now all are showing droopy leaves on lower half to lower 3/4. The soil at the top going down 2 inches is still damp but I tested from underside and it seems to have dried out. I did have some N toxicity issues earlier in the week but they cleared up and looked much better over the last few days.

Normally the top dries out. The pots currently feel light ish but not empty.

It has been a particularly cold week but the temps have not dropped below 59 over night with 71 to 73 day. I've also been leaving water tank in the room and filling it 48 hours before feed so that it gets upto temp.

They are also in air pots 15L. They have been fed just under 2L of water every time with no run off for about 6 weeks now.

Its a light mix. I have been wondering if 2l is too much since they only seem to water every 5 to 6 days. But that is the amount I had to give before run off started to show.

This is also the first week of flower so perhaps the lower light duration has slowed down water uptake?.

Do you have a camera (even a phone)? There was another thread where you were resistant to posting a photo (or saying why). It's going to be hard for people to help without photos.

I can't say I've seen water needs change in transition.
