Hi.....I've been growing sativa dominant strains for a while now and would like to try some heavy duty indica strains..........I shuttle plants outdoor and indoor by nights.......The climate is harsh .......high humidity......wet......temperatures mid 80's............not ideal indica conditions......mold and mildew are prevelant here.......i flower in a grow tent with dehumidifier and sort of high temperatures in tent that are relative to outside temp.............I want to grow some indica strains...........Do you have any suggestions for any particular indica strains that would put up with these harsh conditions.........i do not plan on getting an a.c................your suggestions are appreciated..........

DJS Blueberry… she's sensitive to over fertilizing but hardy… seems resistant to PM (I had an outbreak 4 years ago and she never showed) my cut finishes indoors in 55 days, decent yield clearheaded high. I don't know if Grand Daddy Purp is susceptible to PM but I do know that Gods Gift (OG Kush x Grand Daddy Purps) easily gets PM.

Hindu Kush is from the mountains of Nepal…. I don't know how it would fair in warm conditions… the BB I mentioned has some Thai in there which should help with the heat… I'm sure some phenos would do better in the heat than others..

PCK x Cherry pie
is by Far the best i have come across for harsh climates North of the 60 th parallel i chopped NOV 8- 10th this although she went into flower first week of Sept naturally but weather was terrible RAIN, temps from - 6 to 18 Frost and snowed on so with that said shes is one tough cookie Yields Suffered but small hard rock nugs
She definitely is a light Dep strain here couple pics haha was going to to chop her couple hrs later came back to chop it and she was looking like a trooper so left it another 2 weeks out there before and after shots

And most importantly No Mold

I.C.E. from femaleseeds or paradise seeds seems to fit the description, it says resistent to high temps. Both companies also have a good reputation.

The Hindukush is a mountain range between Pakistan and Afghanistan and about 1000 miles away from Nepal so i assume it's either a name mixup or a cross. The weed in Nepal is not necessarily heavy indica, there are also lots of sativas and it depends on the height above sea level the breeder collected the seeds from. Weed in Nepal grows in many different shapes and forms, from hemp like plants with barely any buzz to the mountain strains they use to harvest the legendary hash from.

In Nepal you can buy hash and weed on the black market, but the weed was always a disappointment. Very dry, full of seeds, leaves and stems. This doesn't mean that there isn't good weed but it barely appears on the market. The black soft hash also comes in all different qualities and consistencies and you have to search for a while to get something special. There are noticeable differences between the black hash types, some clearly sativa, energizing and psychedelic. Others just won't let you get up from your seat and you wake up with chocolate wrappers all over the place.

In recent years they started producing different hash. It looks as if it was produced in the Moroccan style with dried plants and different screens. Very light brown color and soft but crumbles apart very easy. We've bought it a few times but it was not very strong and i have a suspicion that they use male pollen to stretch it out a bit. No idea why they have started doing this. Last year was the first time we've seen this kind of hash.

It really depends on where the breeder got his seeds from. I was shocked about the variety and every region seems to have their local strains so i am sure there would be some strains ticking all the boxes with heat resistance and mold resistance. The problem is just that the breeders usually look for buzz and yield rather than mold resistance.

I still think that the strongest stuff i ever smoked was black hash from Nepal which we bought in the Annapurna region in 1999. However, since the legal weed wave in the US and parts of Europe there is so much strong stuff available that it is hard to find something really satisfying in Asia these days. On the streets of cities like Kathmandu you will find something nice but nothing special anymore unless you are very lucky.
