how to strengthen my stem?? any help plz guys

so my plants look healhty but my stems are a bit weak and bendy how do i thicken them up and make them stronger???

supercropping will send some of that energy down, it will also strenthen ur branches by putting a knuckle in them....a fan blowing on your stem will help strengthen.... but u want an iscocillating fan u dont want it constantly blowing on it

also why would ur stem not me thick... to me that means ur root structure isnt that strong or your pot is to small

the stems only dont seem strong wer iv toped them and the 2 new shoots arnt very strong and woody like the other stems at different places on the plant the pots are 40ltrs

The pot you're using is more than 10 gallons, at 7 weeks you should have at least 1/2 - 1 inch trunk.

You should have an oscillating fan on them to get them strong enuff to support the weight of buds, otherwise buy bamboo sticks.

A breeze makes stems stronger in nature, get a fan on them pronto or risk having a low yield.

yeah blunted nailed it. air circulation and light intensity in addition to healthy roots all contribute to strong stems. some strains like trainwreck can be a little more vine like

silica, calcium (just like human bones, branches need calcium to be strong and not brittle) and a fan. indirect breeze is better than direct. if youll take notice when you have direct breeze your ladies will end up drying out on the tips of the leaves. Doesnt really hurt her but doesnt look too good. good growin!

Pretty much a good root system and an oscillating fan just as everyone stated.

certain strains/pheno's may have softer branching.
Nitrogen toxicity or near toxicity will cause soft branching.
potassium deficiency will also cause soft branching.

thanks every1 they seem to be getting thicker iv stoped over watering well iv let them dry out a bit and its worked and iv got another fan in there thanks again guys this sites mint
