I got a huge bud growing right now that looks like a Sun Flower. It got broken at the top early in flowering and it mutated into a freak. It's getting pulled soon and I'll see if I can get a shot of it for here. One of the weirdest buds I've ever seen. Where it is right now I can't get the best eye ball view of it yet. But from this angle it looks like a Sunflower bud.....lol

Hey dude, first time I ever grew seriously, I went away for 3 days, was running dutch buckets, I came back and found one branch grew right into the bulb, I was freeked out, I was like oh shit good thing that did not cause a fire, anyways the plant ended up doing excatly like you are saying, it flowered up around the major wound and eneded up being a massive bud, it was like a lollypop like one narrow cola then at the top BAMM it went from narrow to a huge fist loooking thing, only shitty part is that bud was not as potent as the rest.

Ok so my final report on my new strains is good news.
I have been on the hunt for a sour leaning plant that is true to the ECSD that is/was sold in NYC like 10 years ago.
About a year ago someone gifted me some rare seeds of 2 different kinds, one was labeled
ECSD and one CHEM4 I was skeptical because I have been burned on the sour before, but it was free so I took them, I tried some of the seeds soon as I got them but culled them because they had the most bizarre growth like a vine and they were super slow and stretchy, after culling them I reached out to the dude who gave them to me, he said oh that is good news, he said that if they grew weird then they were good, he said try again this time rock it all the way.
So I did, same thing out the gate weird growth etc etc....... ran it to the end, halfway thru it for sure started to resemble the ECSD and the Chem, so it all got took down a week ago.The other day had a good buddy from the states who grew the ecsd and the chem for a number of years visit me, he said a few years back most guys lost the ECSD because the mother pants all started losing vigor, anyways I had him do a blind taste test and did not tell him anything prior, I more or less handed him a J and said whats this? before he even lit it he says "It smells like SOURRRR" with his Yankee accent. So he was like whats that because he knows how long I have wanted the SD up here in Canada.
The one I handed him the first test was actually the Chem, day 2 I did the same thing with the Sour plant I had, when he lit that up he was like oh this nug must have a better cure because I can really taste it now.
So I tell him what both were and show him the final buds, he looks at the chem and said, yes this is 100% from the Chem4 line, then he looks at the sour and he said yes 100% for sure this is just as official as the old Sour.
So after 2 days of blazing both all day, I can say from my experience that both the cuts here are equivalent to the both plants.
The 2 things that stand out about both the plants is the taste (obviously lol) and the high, the high has no ceiling, for the first time in a long time I actually had to switch to some lighter herb because my buddy and myself started to notice that with every J we just kept getting higher, like stupid high no ceiling. Even now as I type this like a day later I feel like I have a bud hangover, this is exactly how I would feel when I would be in NYC back in the day (Bud hangovers are good for me) When I get that bud hangover feeling I smoke less because the meds and actually working for me so it is working its way through my system, so when I say bud hangover for me that is a good thing. Anyways all I can say is both are really on point, they are the meds I have literally been searching for years to get in my garden. No LP grows herb of this quality. I have yet to meet people with herb of this caliber in Canada. I can only imagine when dialed in how much more better it will be.
I will post some nug shots asap. They do not have that super tight nug bag appeal but they do bling like diamonds.

Getting close on these babies. 2 phenos of my Blue Ripper (JTR x Blueberry) cross that took about 50 seeds and a year to find. First one is 4-5 days away from chop, second is 6-8 days to chop. Looking like 5-6 oz. plants so I'll have a nice stash. First gen clone of the second pheno which is more indica-dom with a strong head stone and instant body stone, smells like Blueberry perfume it's so strong. First pheno is more sat-dom with a very heavy head stone, it has a strong enough punch to get a buddy of mine high and he smokes jays like a cig smoker smokes cigarettes
