One thing I should stress about salvage as you just seen in my threead
all salvage is Not plug & play there is labor involved , cleaning , modding ,
as I did get those 3$ coolers there's work getting them, serviceable
(ac64 thou @ $9 is cheap )
with salvage your savings come thru Time & work ...plus some Luck
& gets back to a time issue
yer luck gets better the more work you put in

lining up more cobs to buy
got a ruff final design done on my new lite
it's a bar/rail design simple & repeatable

figured out how to mount the A/C64's
on bar that is simple , lite weight . strong
this will also allow the bars to be att'ed to each other should be about 3' x3'
thinking 4 3590's a rail 3 rails

dropped da hammer on 18 more 3590's
gotta deceide which driver I want to push them , still single bars one driver p[er bar that way they be flexibly
do not know if I want 1050 or 1400 cause right here at 1st I kinda wanna turn them up if needed
than just running High % saving with the 700

doin a mock up ATM looks good , gonna do a story stix so I can repeat all my holes
just gotta test drilling a A/C 64 & a hold test

I'm using 1" square al tubing as my rail
mounting to the side of the cooler bolt that to 1" cube then bolt another but on the other side of the rail stagger again for the next 2

I found this today ,wuz looking at a terminal block to make fan wire managment easier & came across this in a nice black box use some splitters & you can run 16 fans off this puppy
now my small pc pwr supply looks great & this would work great on meanwell 12 volt pwr supplies as well
all ya gotta do is plug it in to a 12 volt molex outta pc pwr supply OR a wall wart even
splice the wires
gotta cap in it as well helps with surge
I couldn't find a pcb that was cheaper & in nice box
all others had open teminals
not closed & just a hole to plug into like this puppy

I need not 30 BUT 32
shit I hate to order just 2 each 3590 from cutter

ordered 7 meanwell 185-1400 from http://www.onlinecomponents.com/
yesterday at about 10am & tracking this morning shows it's on the truck 4 delivery
they were the lowest price I could find
2nd time I've ordered maenies from these guys & service is Great same day shipping
when the meanie HLG240 hit the market here in USA i'd bet these guys get near 1st & lowest price
I got 3 mean well hlg 185 but the 700 for sale 20% off onlinecomponets retail price
( i ordered before I knew what i wanted ) New in box i ship
