Can't really recommend any specific one's as I haven't tried any commercial COB lights yet. I will share what I'm thinking and some links below. I'll be grabbing some to cover off one of my 3x3 areas in the near future, I would have pulled the trigger by now if our dollar up here wasn't so bad against the USD. I've been looking around, found quite a few including grows going with them, some are made by members here on RIU. I'd suggest looking around, maybe posting some questions in this LED forum for ideas and opinions to settle on what will suit your space. Based on my research and the numbers I'd suggest buying something using the latest tech using the Cree 3590's since it'll be a long term investment and there doesn't seem to be a big difference in pricing between 3590's and 3070's. If I were covering 4x4 I'd be considering at least 400w of 3590's driven at 1400ma for efficiency and life, although they can be driven higher to get more wattage for the same price. Many of the commercial fixtures are 300w but I don't see those covering a 4x4 well. The one's I'm considering are these as they are flexible and can be combined to cover off whatever you need. I'm looking at 3 of them (100w each @@1400ma) to cover off a 3x3 as I'm typically running 2x 3x3' to 3.5x3.5' footprints. Don't know what the spread is like with 3590's but I'm thinking I could spread/space 3 of them to evenly cover off a 3x3, that's the main reason I like this design. Besides the ability to configure them as needed, I could run a smaller footprint with 2 of them and use another for a side project in my small breeding tent. I like that flexibility with this form factor as I'm always doing something other than just flowering for yield.can u recomend a plug n go cob light that will cover a 4x4 area, i cant build one but really want to do some testing but need a good one..also i talked to the guy at boulderlamp today we talked about the 3100k agro bulb and the 4200k phillips bulb,, he sais and advised me against using the 4200k bulb..it will work in my cmh but he sais in their testing the 3100k agro bulb performed better in veg and flower,, he advised me to use the 3100k agro bulb in both as the switch from the 4200k in veg to the 3100k in bloom will do nothing as the 3100k agro is simply put a better grow bulb.. his words not mine
Here's some of the one's I've looked at, maybe a combo of one 300w and 1 or 2 @100w, one on each side to cover off a 4x4 well, note that some are using CXB-3070's. I've seen at least one grow going in RIU with each of these options.

These use Vero 29's which are supposed to be good as well, another modular option where you can daisy chain a few to get the config/wattage you want. I'd consider them if they offered them with 3590's, there are some grows going in here with these as well:
