Don't do the crime if you can't do the time
people say it's not a crime.. as long as I'm given the go ahead from a licensed physician to grow x amount.. I did a bid years back and fuck all that.. that's why I'm asking for legal ways around it. loopholes and shit..
Well the outdoor section has a list of all the towns that have banned all growing in the past month. And there's alot. That may be a good place to start or check calmorml
I checked cal norml.. and I checked that list.. but I heard that if your doctor says you can grow 30 plants then you can grow 30 plants. as long as you keep it under 99 you can't be federally fucked with..
just want some insight as to how many people actually follow the 6 mature OR 12 immature rule. and if they're not how are they doing it? under the radar illegally or legally..
I live in San Diego county. There is a zoning ordinance that allows me 1.5 times the amount that prop 215 allows. So I can have 9 flowering plants no size requirements. But only can posses 1.5 pounds of flowers. The state law now allows you 100 sqft as a patient and blah blah blah. That's the new laws.. the 6/12 thing is going with the wind. So if your town or county doesn't have any new law in place you follow the new states law. That's why many are banning everything outright.
