I am sure when her server was hacked they just skipped over all the e-mails NOT marked classified so no harm no foul.... Oh wait....

Hillary Clinton is a LAWYER. She is going to use bill's defence that it depends upon what the word is means... In her case she was sending and receiving classified e-mails on an unprotected server. It doesnt matter if the document was marked classified or not. She was secretary of state, she was trained in what is classified, what is secret, etc. She knew when reading the e-mails they were sensitive material. Otherwise she is dumber than Sarah Palin (for you libs out there) and shouldnt be president anyway if she cant properly handle state secrets.

Yes they have said they were not labeled as classified, they originated from non secret state department servers and Clinton received them
They also said some of them were classified as top secret AFTERWards

You are not allowed to distribute top secret data on a non secret server NO MATTER WHAT IT IS LABELED... Either Mrs. Clinton was too stupid or too lazy to protect national secrets. She is covering herself with a lawyerly answer that does not address the substance of the charges. You are happily going along with that seemingly unconcerned that she chose to avoid protocol. She makes it sound like some sort of accident, I believe it was intentional so she could pick and choose what e-mails she wanted disclosed.

If you want to give dirty politicians a pass then you just encourage more dirty politicians of all persuasions.

She broke the law, the intent of the law, not just the letter of the law.

I dont know who pissed in your cheerio's this morning but I am pretty happy about it. Gonna go get some work done. Maybe you should try it some time ;]

All the more reason it was poor judgement to have those communications over a non-secure environment.
Her job was to set policy for her department. She owns this turd. It was an error in judgement.
