When I'm with a guy, it's a hard (no pun intended) rule: no condom, no sex. Period. Not only because of diseases, but also because I absolutely refuse to take any birth control hormones.

The one exception I made was when I was in a committed relationship with a guy for over a year. We both went and got tested for STDs and showed each other our negative test results. I've never seen a guy happier.

I always used the rythym method to avoid pregnancy. And if we wanted to have sex during my "high risk" days, we used a condom.

I've never been pregnant, and I've never had an STD.
