There is no such thing as a combo of organic and synthetic when u add the synthetics you are killing the micro life with organic it's all organic or it's not organic
That's not been my experience.
I do believe synthetics are harmful to the soil's microbiology. But, I don't believe it's an either-or proposition, as if the tiniest amount of synthetic will
sanitize the soil. It seems more like a matter of degrees.
I add a little sugar to offset the effect of synthetic nutrients. I try to use organic supplements to boost N, P or K as desired. And, I add humic/fulvic acids each feeding (it's not either/or, and a small amount of synthetics doesn't sanitize the soil from any life.).
My experience has been very good this way. I've never done pure organic (water-only, teas). But, I get the taste benefits (it's very noticeable compared to GH Flora 3-part) without the work of composting a "true" living soil.
That's just my experience. There are likely better ways. But, I'm pretty sure it's not as absolute as you depict (i.e., it's not an either/or choice, and a little synthetic nutrient doesn't sanitize the soil into a lifeless medium.).
