Living out in no where PA, I don't blame Wal-mart at all for the stores closing here. I mean I drive 20-25 mins to wal-mart if needed. I blame the towns and the people running them who were looking for handouts from Walmart to help with taxes, rebuilding towns, etc, and I blame all my neighbors for giving up on their local stores to drive the extra miles to save a few dollars. Only a few. Everyone knew these wal-mart express stores were a test for a few years and they didn't work out. Don't blame them, blame your neighbors, people in ur town, and local governments. Wal-mart didn't put the ma and pa stores out the people did by not supporting who we know etc. what the town was built on. Now a days people could care less and always trying to save a penny.
