Competitive means to compete. As in providing some type of effort into a contest. Signing up for a chance to get free tester seeds is not competing. It's dropping your name in a hat. Oh. And you lost because they chose someone who actually had a more impressive resume. If that's you're angle. It was a fair competition and you still lost. Don't be a sore loser. It's ok.
