The People will decide in November. I'm not confident in the collective wisdom of this country, but maybe things need to get even worse before the sleepwalking majority realizes things need to change.
We agree on that point. Another four to eight years of the abject stupidity of the progressive agenda and the country should be cratering enough they wake up out of the haze of suicidal, liberal ideology and vote for Conservatives across the board.

Or, they accept "the new normal" of ridiculously under-reported unemployment, a fast track to a $30 trillion debt, $100+ trillion in unfunded liabilities and keep voting for progressives.

wait, you're worried about the national debt, and so you want to vote against the only party that is actually reducing the debt and deficit in favor of the one party that creates all of it?

you must be one of those stupid people.

So Clinton a dyed in the wool republican?..how quickly 'we the people' forget..NOTHING changes with her in office NOTHING!

Just another 8 years of suspended animation..is that what you all REALLY want? Because that's what you're gonna get over a hair on your ass about 'welfare'..think reaaaaaaal hard on that..

Here she is in the 60s..a republican!

View attachment 3599351
LOL...you do realize she was a Republican in the 60. A lot of Dems back then were Republican. Guess what, Martin Luther King Jr. was a Republican back then as well. The parties have change since then. You should know this.
Hillary left the Repukes when her views changed and with the civil rights movement and Vietnam.
Maybe Bernie should become a DEM instead of claiming independent.

That's right, because cutting taxes for rich corporations and their owners is exactly what got us into this mess, so why change it?
You can't possibly believe that horseshit. $9 trillion in new debt in just the last seven years, leading to a record $19 trillion in debt. Over $100 trillion in unfunded liabilities, almost all of it in progressive social safety net boondoggles and tax cuts for rich corporations were the cause?

You could have taxed them at 100% for the last seven years and it wouldn't have put a dent in those suicidal numbers. Not even a scratch.

Like I said, you sheep aren't ready yet.

That Bernie came so close to winning has completely upset the apple cart of Mrs Clinton's 'inevitability'.

Bernie is the people's candidate, while Mrs Clinton represents corporate America. It's a starkly rendered choice this year.

The People will decide in November. I'm not confident in the collective wisdom of this country, but maybe things need to get even worse before the sleepwalking majority realizes things need to change.

I hope not.
Words are nice, but numbers are what really matters
Delegate count

Just for those who don't understand. When it is all said and done he who holds the most delegates win.

Extremely strong numbers for an 'upstart, dark horse, unknown' candidate. Mrs Clinton has up til now benefitted from an almost total media blackout of Mr Sanders' campaign. They have little choice but to cover him and his positions in far more depth now. This race has only just begun...

People acting like Bernie is new to the arena. He is not. I have been listening to him for years on Thom Hartmann. I was liking his message. I don't like his tax plan. Deal breaker for me. I also ask myself what has he done with all his years in Congress...and please just don't name the naming of a post office. Does not seem like we would get anything accomplished with Bernie in office. Just another four years of stalemate.

I'm not sure which reality you're denying. Even if you could tax the rich corporations at 100% and actually believe they would continue doing business, and even if you believe that amount would put a scratch in the debt or unfunded liabilities, how is it going to be applied to those crippling numbers if all that shiny new tax money is going for new "free" shit?

As opposed to paying a negative effective like they do now?

How about we start with that?
