As far as Snyder goes, which is better -- incompetent or malicious? He doesn't have to be malicious to have broken any laws. Plenty of incompetents break laws. The next time I'm pulled over for speeding, I'll just claim I didn't know what the speed limit was. I'm sure the cop will understand.

What kills me is that he's all but canonized among the Republican sainthood- for all manner of ills including the foundation of the straits we find ourselves in today.
