So I finally got my heatsinks. I'm attaching them to the frame I built for them now. I also have my cxb's, lenses/holders, and chip lok ideals. The 240-1750's are a ways out but this is my progress so far. I will add more pics shortly. Especially one of my counter. There is QUITE A plethora of knick knacks for this build I've accumulated.

4 per. So each at 63 ish watts. Should be nice. 2 rows with 4.

Looks awesome, but I can't figure out your drilling diagrams yet. Are the holes marked in the external rings for the wires?

The xs are wire holes. I'm only using 2 screws for lens holders

Yeah it's good. If you go any smaller, the fins are so close its hard to get holes drilled through without hitting them. Something I never took it consideration when first buying them. I'm sure glad I did though. The 4.9 profile I got a small 4" sample of in my order and it'd be impossible to work with.
Further spaced fins = easier hole drilling/lining up.

looking good i recommend drilling all hole first before assembling will make it much easier.what is your par watts total for your setup ??

It's just assembled because I wanted to have everything holding together as I continued to create more holes for attaching hs's to the angle bar. It will be disassembled once I start to sand the face once the holes are all drilled.

Well here are some updates:

GET SELF TAPPING M3 SCREWS AND USE A 7/64" BIT. Soooooooooo easy.

Also, got me all sanded and perty.
I don't know know how, but not ONE SINGLE HOLE hit a fin. All between channels. I got lucky.
And the wire holes are drilled at a 45 degree angle for easier hiding.

E Graf thermal pads come tomorrow. So I'll be mounting and wiring cobs then. Also adding lenses.
It sucks SO bad I have to wait 2 more weeks for my (2) 240h-c1750b's.

Well peeps, it's done. All but the drivers. Which sucks. Looks great though. That egraf is a BITCH. BE VERY VERY careful with it. I found it easier to ROLL the paper off the material. And because it is so thin, sticking it to the heatsink was out of the question. Lining it up would be nearly impossible. So sticky side to the cob for me. Oh well.

I have a question though, I mounted 1 fan, with the shroud on top, but it's blowing air up. I could flip it over, but I'd like to keep that shroud there. I tested the other fan not mounted yet with a little phone charger I cut the ends off of to see what was up. I swithched leads but it doesn't matter. It only spins ONE WAY. is there a way to have it spin the other way so I can keep the shroud on top?
