Live worms

I'm pretty sure I read somewhere what the answer is but I'm just too lazy right now to go look it up.

Actually 3 questions.

1) can I use "live worms" in my grow "pots" instead of amending soil with ewc?

2) What kind are best, night crawlers or red worms?

3) How many should I use per pot?

BTW I should've made clear I'm using Walmart grow bags not actual pots, does that make a difference?

This is the shit! Thank you JB I Might be old but I do remember that growing with live worms was indeed a technique that was used, going to get my worms in the AM.

And I also grow in SUbcool's SS. Just finished my first run on it, let me tell you , the smoke was smooth and very tasty.

As to how many; worms are self regulating, so you can't overpopulate.... sweet!
