I am a bit nearsided and watched this just once on a computer monitor. HOWEVER....

Dont you think that people who have issues with the police have already enhanced and watched the video frame by frame? I mean, if there was any visible evidence that the police fired first dont you think there would already be video evidence on the internet showing such?

The cops were faced with possibly 3 armed suspects and I am not sure if the victim was the driver but I think he was left passenger side. Anyway, if you watch the video the car almost hits a trooper on the left side of the road block.

There are bad cops and bad shootings but this does not seem like one of them.
ok that makes sense. it just doesn't make sense to me they would release the video period much less that he was shot in the "single digits" and it turns out to be nine times. too bad there isn't sound! thanks for the response.

You are both right. At one point he did have his hands up and was surrendering. Then he reached into his pocket and got shot dead...

No he wasn't
before the number of shots fired by the police was released, based off of the video with no sound, it does look like he is initially surrendering and then drops his hands to reach for something, but with the information that has since come out, i doubt the initial story. it seems to me he reached for where he was shot. the fact he tried to drive through the snow and go around the road block is the only thing that causes me concern as to his "surrender" regarding his state of mind. maybe he thought the men in the truck had his back and he did go for his weapon, but i sure would like to see the video with sound...

Well then. If that's the case then Michael Brown was surrendering as well

If the cops were so trigger happy they could have shot him inside the vehicle as it almost struck a policeman and it would still have been a legitimate shooting.

Is there some reason you want to have the cops be guilty of something in this case?
