the video looked awesome mate. How does the jakes dream smell? Is it kinda fruity nutty or skunky funky? I really need to pop some myself lol.

To be honest the 3 female Jakes dreams I've had haven't reflected what I usually expect outta bb. 2 were total pm whores. 1 so bad I didn't even fkower. The one I have already harvested was really racey high, low yield airy nugs. Neither have had any smell to speak of, and not 5he best resin production. Sometimes you get lucky, sometimes not. Seems this was a strain I just didn't luck out on outta 3 beans.

Eh, I may try more down the road, I got original blue pits going now, and sour cherry going, and some sour cherry x plemon to dive into at some point. Plenty of genetics to test thru and find. Kinda turned me off the j. Dream for a bit.

Considering this is the first time I haven't had a keeper outta a pack, I can't complain. And yep, they are just testers, and only planted 3 seeds. Hardly shows what they really hold. Bb has been great in my garden thus far, so it was only a matter of time till didn't get lucky. :) I'll double down my luck and hope for good shit outta the blue pit seedlings I have down.

Awesome video btw!!! :) hey if you want some more JD beans I have a pack I think if you wanna play with them, I'm not sure how many I have but I can fly em to ya brotha, I wanted to pop them outdoor but just haven't had a place I can do outdoor yet and sitting on a few different beans I can't run inside, lemme know man :)

oh its all good brother, ty though. I haven't seen enough outta them to wanna break back into them anytime soon. I know GHB had a nice pheno, but after seeing these 3 females thus far, it would be a while before I would pop them again.

Yea it is! And seems like some strains make really nice combos in some crosses, and then sometimes the combos aren't jaw dropping. Right now, with as many phenos of everything and as many more beans I want to run thru, Jaw dropping is pretty much the bar. Makes the ones that are keepers awesome, and a lot of testing, pheno hunts, hopes, offerings to the cannabis gods, and luck.
 
Oh yea @DST, could you refresh my memory on what the difference is between the original blue pit testers that were sent out last year, or possibly the year before, to the ones released? I had been lusting after them so long, definitely psyched to finally have them going!!

Yea, and to be fair, the pheno I have left is only 3 weeks in, still a long time left to see what she does. Some strains hit that awesome mode late in flower.

First release was an f1 of Deep Blue male (Jake Blues) x Dog.
2nd release was an F1 Blue Pit male backcrossed to Dog.

Super purple - more sticky, less fragrant purple pheno

Scrog wide shot - this has 3 super purples (2 closest on end) and 3 gorilla glue in it



Prime moonshine in the upper corner, gorilla spirit in the lower corner



Super purple on left (possible keeper purple pheno- has a very loud honeysuckle smell )Dog kush on right


Another super purple - this is looking like the big yielding, possible keeper green pheno - has a nice cherry fruity smell
