How cold are the floors of the basements out there? I know the concrete slabs here get cold as shit.

I had the autopilot 8000w box but I need a new one. Not to much hands on with controllers.

I'm not sure who you directing your question to because you have my thread but you're asking Honda to answer, but anyway what you have there is 2 contacters 208/3 phase with either a 120 or 240 control, can't see the coil so that part is unclear. If you put a meter between L1 & L2 you get 208 volts, between L2 & L3 you get 208, and finally L1 & L3 you get 208 and if you go from each line to ground you get 120v when the coil gets energized it pulls in the contactor (the two small electric lines behind L1,2,3) that is my forte piece of cake that is called control wiring, I say that's 120v control. You have a timer and that must mean your lights or fan if it's for your grow op.It sure is Honda ???? you know what phase this might be

Not everyone puts good wire in their house. It costs a lot and isn't needed.
The box and all the fuses in a house are for that house.
Why would contractors use the max amps from the main when it's not needed.

Why would Fuse for 400a in a house that will do just fine on 100a. The answer is you wouldn't waist money because that said house doesn't need it.
I will go back to my orginal statement. You can drop a bigger amp box on an older house.
The previous wiring has nothin to do with it. You will be putting all new circuits on their own breakers.

You never mentioned anything about wire size, I did, you just said you can replace a 100a box with a 200a box don't try to change shit up now. You're advice sucks, you don't know what a main was so I'll stick to what I said that you don't know shit!

And you can just drop in a fucking bigger fuse, as long as you have not exceeded the max amps on the main electrical drop to your house.
