Looks more like caterpillar damage, that and the white slime patches on the leaves in the 1st pic you put up ( or what looks like slime at least)

That's what my plant looked like after caterpillars had a snack. They eat quick look under the leaves.

With spider mites you'll see shit loads of white bite marks on the leaves and they hangout on the underside of the leaf.

I'm actually not 100% if it was a spider mite but I saw something
Damage doesnt look like spider mites tbh

Have you tried running your hand over the underside of the leaves to chech for caterpillars/any other bugs hanging around etc( they prefer underneath the leaf due to the high light intensity when your lights are turnt on etc)
