them lights pay for there self all the way, you get years and of strong growing out of a good led light, think of all the hps lights you will go thrugh be for you ever need to get a new led light then add it all up plus a 450w high end led light will kill a 600w hps in a grow while saving on the power bill bill no matter how small a grow room is your saving almost half the cause then if running hps and not buying lights all the time...
I'm replacing 5 x 860W CDM lamps, all running on magnetic ballasts, all pulling almost 1100W EACH, with 24 COB LED modules, each of which has 4 CXB3590 3500K CD bin chips being driven at 50W apiece. Due to driver vagaries, each chip is actually getting 54W and the whole module pulls 225W. 225W x 24 = 5400W so I'm not saving any power there!

My chiller will notice and will likely not have to run as much, saving me something there.

Those 860W CDM lamps put out light with a Color Rendering Index or CRI of 93. Sunlight is 100, so obviously they put out daylight, excellent spectrum if you're matching the Sun.

My problem with them was that while frost and quality certainly improved, yield dropped relative to HPS. Between that and the inefficiency blues, I'm estimating that the watt for watt upgrade to softly driven COB LED will produce about twice as much PAR, and therefore twice the PPfD over the same trellis area.

I'm thinking I'll be pulling two pounders regularly enough to get boring.

RIU peeps Don't let their friends buy a blurple panel, lol
if you dogging advance leds you tripping kuz advance is 1 of the best led lights you can buy, unless you build your own then advance is not 1of the best

It's all about the chips they use. I don't care how cool they are or what color they're painted or what band they hired for the last grow convention; I'm interested in the chips. Just the chips, ma'am. RIU friends don't let their friends buy BLURPLE panels, because they're obsolete crap that won't even outperform an HPS.

If it isn't a top of the line COB like CXB3590 or the like, then the panel isn't going to be very good. If that panel is full of Epistar 3w diodes then it won't perform worth a shit.

The manufacturers I listed all use such top quality chips in their fixtures. That's why I'm recommending them, no other reason rises to relevancy. There are far more makers of LED lighting than I'm aware of, so that's the main reason my list is short.

Personally, I paid good money for the best. I'm comfortable I won't be disappointed in their performance.

TL;DR? Shame on you! Put down the bong until you've grown an attention span! Lol

your right about the 3 w chips there not that great, if you actuly read on the lights i send you except for the solar storm they have 10w cree chips lol weell the xml dose, the guy said he wants a good led light for 1000 bucks not a light meant to grow 10000 plants that caust moor then a house.. advance is 1 of the best kuz they proved there 1 of the best iby other growers you can get 10w cree in any light you want from them, and dud my 200w purple panel i gave $600 bucks for will for sure out performs a 300w hps any day then do it again 7 years later agents a new hps.. , and no it wont grow as many plants as a 600w hps but the 3 plants the 200w led light is meant to handle it only did 20 grams less then my buddies 600w hps, and that was out of 3 plants of his we weighed, plants of course he grue way moor with his 600w hps,but my buds was better looked nicer but not quite as fat not much smaller at all ether and thesame plants was grown you could burly tell a difference in the size other then his pop corn buds was a little bigger then mine and we continue to do around the same grams every grow.led was better then hps when they came out with the 3w cree and the magnifying led lenses they use help allot to, any thing they added after that just keeps on shitting on hps moor and moor, also advance/ diamond series led lights are not the greatest looking light in the world but there built good so i dont think there going for looks but there way to much money led lights are over priced but theyprice them high like that kuzthey last so long and save you a bunch of cash in the long run..... .

Hi John,
Thank you for your interest and inquiry in our canna-specific HI-LEDs.

We're releasing our upcoming flagship model this coming week, the SolarPro900/Pro9. Designed specifically to replace the Gavita DE over a 5'x5' for commercial applications. Featuring our pat-pending removable reflector/lenses array and powered by top-bin CREE CXB3590 COB, surrounded by 10w XML2, along with XP-E2 and XP-E2, pulling ~900w actual. It delivers astonishing PAR intensity of over 2000umol@24".
There's also the SolarPro900IC/Pro9IC(in-line cooled), featuring our pat-pending in-line cooling design that boast dual intake/exhaust ports for connecting a 6-8" HID type cooling duct via a y-splitter. This model is designed for operating in a hot environment that requires maximum heat ventilation. The Pro9 MSRP@$1995 and Pro9IC(in-line cooled) MSRP@$2095.
